A client of ours contacted us to assist them in an emergency automation system repair. A West African oil and gas facility was having a servo problem with an Allen Bradley Ultra 3000 drive that controls a vehicle barrier gate. We flew to the site in Africa and after assessing and correcting the issue, we provided a detailed report of the services we provided. Our working relationship with the client enables them to contact us with any problems or questions on other existing systems or new systems they are installing.
